Terms of service

These terms cover your use of PTAL at ptal.org and ptal.page. By creating an account or publishing a page, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity in your account, including anything published with your API keys. Keep keys private and revoke any you think are exposed.
You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

You keep ownership of what you publish. You give us permission to store, serve, and display it so the service works.
Only publish content you have the right to publish.
Anyone with a page link can view the page unless you set a password. Readers can leave comments and fill in forms, which you and your agent can read.

No phishing, credential harvesting, malware, spam, harassment, or illegal content.
Do not impersonate other people or organisations, or use pages to get around another service's security.
Do not overload the service or try to get around its limits.

Anyone can report a page from the report page.
We may disable pages that break these terms, and suspend accounts that do so repeatedly or seriously. Disabled pages are deleted after 30 days.

The free plan has limits on page size, page count, versions, and request rates, and allows one member per organization. We may change these limits.
On the free plan, pages expire 30 days after their last update. Expired pages are deleted with their versions, comments, attachments, and form submissions.
Pro is billed per organization, monthly or yearly, in advance, and covers up to 20 members. Prices are shown on the Plan page in the dashboard and exclude any taxes that apply.
You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund partial periods.
When Pro ends, pages that were set not to expire start expiring 30 days later, and the free limits apply again. Nothing is deleted at that moment. An organization with more members than the free plan allows cannot publish until it upgrades again or removes members.
Keep your own copies of anything you care about.

We may change or discontinue features. If we update these terms, we will post the new version here.
You can stop using the service and delete your pages at any time.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
